Yes, the arena is available for rental. Please email us detailing exactly what event you are looking to book, along with all the pertinent detail
Do I have to pay for parking if I am attending a special event?
Parking is complimentary on non-event days.
Can I bring in my own catering for my event?
No. Aramark is the exclusive caterer for all Scotiabank Place events. Click here for our current catering menu.
Can I bring in my own wine?
Special conditions and corkage fees apply. Please contact us for more details.
I would like to arrange for a player to attend/make an appearance at my event. Is this possible
The Ottawa Senators Hockey Club receives many requests for player apprearances each year. Please click here for the criteria required for appearances
I would like to book Spartacat for my event. How do I do that

I would like to rent the ice for a company skate and have a party afterward. What is the procedure?
Ice times are listed on the Scotiabank Place website 30 days in advance. Please book your ice time first and then fill out the meeting request form for banquet availability.
I would like to ship all my meeting materials to you in advance of my event. Can I do this?
It depends on the time of year. During the hockey season, it is difficult for us to store any materials in advance of your event. Throughout the summer months we have more flexibility to receive shipments from clients.
What is included in a meeting/banquet room rental?
- Access to the room as agreed to in the contract
- Clean up of your room before and after your event
- Room set per your specifications
- Easels (if required)
- Podium (if required)

What is not included in a meeting/banquet room rental?
- SOCAN fees
- Internet access/videoconferencing
- Wireless microphones
- Security/guest services personnel
- Sound, lighting, technical equipment and associated fees. Please contact us for a quote on these items.

Can I bring signage/banners in?
Yes, you may display signage during your event but it must be self-supporting. You are not permitted to post/tape/stick anything on the walls.
Can I book a meeting on a game day?
Although most of our meeting-room space is designated for corporate clients on game days, you can contact us for availability.
Are there times of the year when it’s easier/more difficult to rent meeting room space at Scotiabank Place?
Yes. It is best to try and avoid hockey game days and concert dates. Please check our event calendar when taking dates into consideration. During the summer months we have plenty of availability and would be happy to accommodate your booking!
