THE WIGGLES visit Scotiabank Place on Oct. 27
(Ottawa) - The Fab Four from down under are back with this year’s most anticipated family event. It’s the smell of “Hot Poppin’ Popcorn”! It’s the excitement of a “A Big Big Show”! It’s The Wiggles “Wiggly Circus Live!” Tour. Join The Wiggles, Captain Feathersword, Dorothy the Dinosaur, Henry the Octopus, Wags the Dog and all the Wiggly Dancers as they bring all the excitement of the big top with a wiggly twist to Ottawa.
The Wiggling commences at Scotiabank Place on Wednesday, Oct. 27 for shows at 2:30 p.m. & 6:30 p.m.
Tickets for the Ottawa performances go on sale on Friday, Sept. 17 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased by visiting www.CapitalTickets.ca, by phone at 613-599-FANS (3267) or 1-877-788-FANS (3267); in person at The Sens Store at Rideau Centre and Place d’Orleans, any Ottawa Sports Experts location, Les Galeries de Hull and at the Scotiabank Place box office. Prices range from $10 - $75 (additional facility fees and service charges may apply). New for 2010 is the Wiggles VIP Section. The $75 tickets are limited, and include the best seats in the house, an exclusive gift along with a colouring activity sheet and a chance to dance along with the Wiggles themselves! Hot Potato seats are still available in the $40 price range and will include a colouring activity sheet.
Come and wiggle in the aisles for the “Wiggly Circus Live!” Tour. The Wiggles are excited to bring their highly interactive, fun and educational message to Ottawa. Audience participation features include:
• Having fun with your favorite wiggly pal as they sing and dance through the audience.
• Starting the fun at home by creating a Wiggles sign and/or dressing up as your favorite character.
• Yelling “Wake up, Jeff!” whenever the loveable Purple Wiggle falls asleep onstage.
